The way to make money is to make people aware of problems they never knew they had. Once the public is frightened their wallets come out and their minds take a nap. This is true of politics as well as business. The political class are always trying to sell us a problem that requires government action.
Game is another variation on this. They have convinced many of us that we are far more socially inept than we probably are. In my own experience success with women depends almost exclusively on the numbers of women one meets. In other words you can get away with being a nerd if you move in circles where nerd chicks are found.
I have lived a MGTOW sort of life and generally been happy with it- but every now and again a woman simply throws herself at me. Women really do seem to know what they want, far more than men. If one has you in her sights then she becomes a sort of bloodhound and it is almost impossible to shake her off. I had one follow me home once and knock on my door- she said I had a kind face and that she saw kindness in me the moment she set eyes upon me. Yes.. she was crazy but one of the better crazy chicks I have known.
Most of us are quite competent talking to women we vaguely know yet we suffer from approach anxiety that stops us from barging into the conversations of complete strangers. This approach anxiety is apparently very complicated and has nothing to do with simple good manners. It also means we will die a virgin unless we do a boot camp.
Maybe there is no need to wrestle with this complicated thing. Maybe we simply need to expand our social circle. I have created a Facebook group to do just this- London Calling. Anyone may join it but I would ask you not to do so if you are still hurting from previous bad experiences with women. This tends to create a bad vibe and I will cancel your membership. I may do this simply on the basis of intuition but I will also boot out crazy chicks on the same basis.
I intend to have at least two women for every man. This means that the men will be expected to organise events and take an active part in the running of the group. This offers you social proof and also means you get to go to places that interest you.
As you may guess from the name of the group, activities are restricted to London and surrounding areas. The group will be free and is not a cover for a commercial product.

The Ghost Diploma.
It is an unrecognised law of economics that whenever a government recognises two factors to be linked they cease to be so.
One example is the notion that property ownership makes one middle class. It was an easy mistake to make- middle class people were largely property owners while working class people were not. All that was needed (thought the political class) was to convert as many renters into owners as possible. This would magically transform their prospects and therefore ensure they could meet the payments.
The error was in confusing CAUSE with EFFECT.
The middle classes owned their homes because they had the security of income to do so. Making mortgages available to people with no real income helps nobody- least of all the homeowners who are now facing foreclosure.
Nevertheless this was all good political theatre while it lasted because it transformed the self image of the poor at little or no cost.
Much the same could be said of a college degree. The political class noticed that middle class people often had degrees while working class people did not. They therefore assumed that degrees were wealth creating and set out to make them available to as many as possible. The result was a mass of easy but economically useless degrees in pseudosciences such as Sociology and Gender studies. The economic effect of these worthless degrees was rather like the effect of printing worthless currency. It resulted in a form of 'qualifications inflation' by which companies will no longer take on anyone without a degree- even if their job is cleaning the company toilets. Captain Capitalism has done some good work on this.
Politically correct education has the following characteristics.
1. Economically useless to society.
2. Socially destructive (it plants the seeds of entitlement and victim hood).
3. Kills curiosity. A person with a PC degree loses all curiosity about the world because they are 'educated' and therefore do not need to think.
4. Profits the banks and the government by placing the individual in debt.
The Ghost Diploma on the other hand..
1. Always works towards a known goal or skill. This means that everything learnt benefits the individual and society.
2. Aids social development and is based upon real achievements rather than simply getting good grades.
3. Is based upon self discovery rather than seeking approval from the authorities in the form of good marks.
4. Is free both to the individual and to the state.
The Ghost Diploma is a course of self study based upon the interests of the individual. It is infinitely easier to learn something that has a practical benefit.
The end result of this system is NOT a piece of paper issued by authority. The 'pass' mark is a concrete improvement in life.
Everyone will have their own course to follow because everyone has their own aims. I have already completed my first aim which was to develop social skills and to feel comfortable around women. I can now flirt with them and form friendships quite easily. I did this largely by studying pick up although my aim was never to be a pick up artist.
I will provide full details of my adventures and the (free) materials I used in a future post.

Black Tourmaline.
Life is a subjective experience. This is why we cannot measure spiritual experience in the same way that we can measure physics. In other words an atheist may believe there is no God but he cannot say for sure there is no relief to be found in prayer. The only way to comment on spiritual matters is to experience them- and this is the one thing an atheist cannot do.
This is why I allow myself to experiment with things that simply make no sense. I would not rely upon crystals (for instance) to effect an objective change in the world such as gaining a promotion but when it comes to the subjective world.... I need to begin at the beginning.
Last evening I was waiting for my shift to begin and killing a little time in the Covent Garden area of London. There is a quite magical shop there by the name of Mysteries. Every square inch is covered with Indian silks, incense, magical amulets, Buddhas, crystals and things that I cannot presently name. To enter this shop is to enter another world of smells and sounds that place the shopper in a state of suspended disbelief. Well.. I am a rational man and I know there is no such thing as magic.. but I described the shop as magical.. because the atmosphere it generates is magical.
It is interesting that the word 'magic' has two meanings. There is the magic of Harry Potter, broomsticks and black cats. This magic does not exist- but there is a second kind. This is a sort of emotional transport to an emotional world that is not normally open to us.
I spent some time in this cave of crystals and charms and started to talk to an attractive woman who worked there. She had the steady calm of the regular mediator (or a cult member) and I found myself tuning into her emotional state as we talked. Well.. if this was nonsense I could do with a little nonsense for at least half an hour a day. I felt more peaceful and more energised than I have for some time.
The interesting thing is that one definition of 'magic' seemed to be leading to another. I was aware that the shop was magical and colourful in the way a theatre was magical- a suspension of normal life. Yet it seemed that the crystals were working as advertised too! Each crystal is supposed to have an 'energy' that effects the user. The language surrounding this 'energy' is rather vague but it seems to amount an emotional association. I chose a Black Tourmaline bracelet that was cheap and because I wanted to please the girl. I wanted to buy a souvenir of this peculiar place and maybe take a little of its peace with me.
Which is exactly what the 'energy' of the crystal was supposed to do for me!
In other words this cave of wonders seemed to offer truth and illusion in equal measure. There is no 'cristal energy' and yet they worked as advertised. One thing the girl told me is that the body chooses the crystal it most needs. I looked up Black Tourmaline and found it was basically the crystal of Game and the Viagra of crystals for middle aged men! A few magical love charms would make great peacocking accessories. Each has their own story to tell if the conversation is flagging a little. Girls love this stuff. Maybe Black Tourmaline is just what I need.
Rather than worry is this stuff is true or false I will accept that it is true AND false. Black Tourmaline is supposed to be something of a chick magnet. If I wear it then I will be peacocking and if a hippy chick sees me she will know exactly what I am looking for. These silly stones could work despite themselves.

Be happy.
They accuse us of hating women, being impotent and/or a rapist.
Our answer? To be happy.
They bring up the self made drama of their lives, make us responsible for their damaged mental state as if we were God and had made them this way ourselves.
Our answer? To be happy.
Feminism has all the power right now but nobody wants to be like them. Nobody wants to be miserable and screwed up.
This is our weapon. We are free and we are attractive because all healthy people are drawn to freedom. They want what we have.
We are a walking illustration of the ways the world works. We make the feminists more crazy and more evil because they are driven mad by happiness they can neither experience nor kill. Simply by being who we are we prove that happiness is possible and inspire those around us to freedom.
Only the healthy can bear to be in the same room as ourselves. We condemn feminism not with harsh words but with inner calm. We are everything they can never be.

The quick road to Alpha.
What is an Alpha after all? Is it a man with the walk, a man with good stories or (god forbid) a man who is good with women? It is important not to define Alpha by counting the number of women a man has been with. This leads to helplessness because it leaves judgement in the hands of others. It sets up a dreadful cycle of expectation by which a man knows he is Beta because of the way he is treated- and then walks through life with the knowledge of his betadom. Defining oneself through women offers no way out. It is a measure of the past but not the future.
Alpha is simply being the head of some group or circle of influence. In the boardroom, Alpha is the CEO. In a rock group Alpha is the lead singer and so on.
The quick road to Alpha is simply to choose your reference group carefully. We are all Alpha somewhere. Make that your identity.

David Cameron- a Man Going his Own Way?
It looks as if the UK may be facing a double dip recession that is largely politically inspired.
Markets prefer almost anything to continuing uncertainty and this is what the political class have been giving us for some time. It does seem that things are at last being forced to a conclusion. Whatever happens will be painful but probably less painful than the present fog of doubt. We are most likely to face some sort of arrangement by which Europe generates billions of new Euros to somehow prevent default among the weaker economies of Europe. This would be good for the UK because it would make sure that these nations could continue to purchase British goods but it would be bad for democracy.
There is no way to prevent default without creating billions of new Euros. China is not interested in financing any such venture and the USA is unable to do so. The IMF and the World Bank seem fully committed and lack the political will. This leaves Europe with a stark choice- default or inflation.
This question can never be presented to the people of Europe in an honest way and therefore the people can never make a choice about it. The German public will never accept their nation being used as collateral for an inflationary round of money printing and so they will never be asked. If the Euro is to be saved it will be done in secret by a group of bankers and politicians. Saving the Euro is incompatible with democracy.
It is easy to see why the French and German public would not support a pooling of resources with their feckless neighbours. Why then are the leaders of these nations so keen on the idea? One reason is that France and Germany would get to control the economic direction the other nations. This would be done on the reasonable sounding grounds of financial prudence. Small nations would be prevented from running up further debts or raising tax in their own way. This reduces the sovereign states of Europe to the status of a town council. The only real powers they would hold would be to make national laws when these do not conflict with European policy. Individual nations would be unable to design their own economic policies. It is difficult to say such a body is a national government at all.
Who exactly will administer this European super state? In effect the European Central Bank. This body has the power to override the spending plans of individual nations in the name of financial stability. Low budget deficits may well be sensible but the real point for me is that an unelected group of bankers are overriding the wishes of a national electorate.
In theory all of this is not as bad as it seems. There is a European Parliament that supposedly controls the executive although many doubt this. In any case the parliament has been unable to stop widespread corruption or even to punish those responsible. It speaks in many voices and rarely calls things by their true names. In addition to this we must realise that the electorate do not really control their representatives in Europe. The public select their European representative on the basis of national politics. In other words if the public will vote for or against a particular candidate on the basis of how they feel about David Cameron. They know nothing of what goes on in the European Parliament and even less about the person they are voting for. This means that MEP's exist within their own political bubble that may or may not have anything to do with the public that elected them.
We are seeing the evolution of a European superstate that is strangely similar to a resurrected Soviet Union- an over centralised multi national superstate with a plethora of assemblies and elections but no democracy.
It seems that David Cameron, the British PM has decided to separate himself from this particular quagmire. In truth his reasons may not be entirely honourable. Any renegotiation of European treaties is likely to require a referendum and the public is likely to use this as a way of rejecting the EU altogether. The issue will also split his own party and cause a split with the Liberal Democrats. It is also likely to upset many of his parties biggest donors- the hedge funds. Hedge funds are completely opposed to being regulated by Europe who seem not to understand their purpose. To be frank, hardly anyone else does either but this is a separate story.
The PM may have brought about the one thing that federalist politicians seem to fear- a two speed Europe. It is quite possible he has lit a slow burning fuse under the whole corrupt enterprise without intending to do so. Whatever happens he has chosen to keep as much power as he can in the UK parliament and whatever faults this may have it is at least directly answerable to the electorate.
I have no idea how all of is will play out but I see the following possibilities.
1. A successful power grab by Germany, France and the EU bureaucracy that defends the present economic order. This causes these two countries to continue with their present export led economic recoveries as it causes both countries to be cheaper than they would be with fairly valued currencies. Weaker nations such as Greece or Italy would receive financial help but continue in severe austerity due to relative overvaluation. Britain would be a winner in this event as some of this created money would be spent on British goods. Germany in particular is likely to suffer inflation but all nations will become less democratic.
2. A continued currency union without the weaker nations. This would resolve the imbalances listed above but also offer little economic advantage to the stronger nations. Germany would find its products harder to sell abroad.
3. A disorderly breakup of the Euro. This would at least be a rapid death of a bad idea but would cause a colossal fall in purchasing power within the former Eurozone. A BBC pet economist estimates this would knock 7% from British GDP simply as a result of lost exports. This seem a little high but what do I know? This option rather resembles the breakup of the Soviet Union but healing would begin almost immediately. Nations such as Greece would still have huge debts but would at least have competitive economies and so they could expect a recovery in employment. This option would be the best for democracy provided there is no military takeover in Greece. The electorate would have direct leverage upon national governments in ways that they do not have over European institutions and therefore would be able to dictate economic policy. Unfortunately the electorate is likely to choose nationalistic or populist policies that are destructive but this is a secondary matter in my mind. Democracy is the thing.
All in all we are headed for dark times but we are also headed for times in which issues are resolved rather than glossed over. I take comfort in that.

What a difference a word makes!
I believe that there is a world of difference between saying someone is Alpha and saying they are being Alpha.
Let me explain. Suppose you were doing a job you hated and were being bullied by your boss. Normally you would walk out and yet few of us can do this in the present climate so you stick it out.
Is this being Alpha? No, not really but sometimes life puts one in a Beta role. The point is to change your life so that you can be Alpha again.
What happens when you ask a subtly different question? What happens if you ask yourself if you are and Alpha rather than if you are being Alpha?
Disaster strikes! Suddenly you compare yourself to the ultimate Alpha- James Bond. This man remains unreactive whatever life throws at him. He may be blown up and thrown in a tank full of sharks and still he remains cool. What a guy- and yet he is a fictional character and even James Bond is Beta to Judy Dench who is some sort of surrogate mother to him and who he desperately wants to please (James Bond is an orphan).
Asking yourself if you are an Alpha leads to self hatred because everyone fails the test. The only way to avoid moments of doubt and self reflection is to become the most dangerous kind of psychopath. James Bond has many psycopathic charictaristics- he makes jokes as he kills and clearly enjoys it. He lacks self awareness, is reckelss and cares nothing of his own life. He seems incapable of planning and simply stumbles from one battle to the next. This is your classic impulsive thrill seeking criminal. A real life James Bond would find himself in prison or dead very quickly and would actually achieve very little.
The truth is that we all slip from Alpha to Beta and back again according to circumstance- and sometimes a Beta appearance can be useful camouflage. Beta only really does harm when it is adopted in situations where Alpha is possible. This is why we should ask ourselves if we are being Alpha rather than if we are an Alpha.
We should check our state from time to time. Beta may be appropriate in a work situation (but change your work if it is) but we need to shrug this off when we go out in the evening. On the whole we should go easy on ourselves.
