Thank you! Thank you!!

Thank you for sending me a quid (you know who you are). You have no idea how much it cheers me up to know someone gives a dam!

One thing you should be aware of is that PayPal charge a fee for card payments. They do not do so if you transfer from another (UK) PayPal account.

I would rather you kept the money than gave 23% to PayPal. This does not mean that I do not deeply appreciate the gesture. Thank you.

Being unemployed is hard work.

When I became unemployed I thought it would be a restful experience (even if it would also be depressing). In fact it is stretching me because it resembles running ones own business. Unemployment is training me to be a manager!

The unemployed man has no master but this does not mean he is entitled to do nothing. He signs a declaration to say he is seeking work. If he is the habit of keeping his promises he does so. Unfortunately, because he has no single boss there is nobody to tell him when to stop.

The unemployed man is like a business owner. His life is a series of dips and peaks. On the one hand he fights off creditors and on the other he sells his himself relentlessly. He manages staff- he recruits various government agencies and sets them to work for him. One of these may pay his mortgage, another may retrain him and yet another may help him find work. Each of these organizations needs to be managed and praised just like an employee in a small company.

Today I discovered a neat way to save money (saving money is one of the 'jobs' of unemployment). I disconnected my home phone and internet service and opted for mobile versions instead.

Old setup.

£14.99 Land line internet (including free calls)
£12.04 Land line rental. (both talk talk)
£10.00 Mobile phone (3)
£37.03 TOTAL

New setup.

£13.00 Mobile phone with GPS, 300 min and 500mb data. (3 Mobile)
£15.00 Mobile internet (3G) 15GB (3 Mobile)
£28.00 TOTAL

£09.03 SAVING

I think both the new and old deals were better than most people receive. You have to haggle.

Next I contacted a really great organization called the National Skills Academy of Retail. This is an employer run organization that trains people for retail work. I had not thought of the in the past but would love to work in a mobile phone shop and talk nerd all day- and get commission too. I could fit this in with various courses and still have time to learn game.

Next- working on my diet by deliberately making myself sick!

I have been buying really cheap and filling food because this seemed better value to me- but I am growing fatter by the day (worry makes me eat). I have therefore decided to buy only healthy food from now on but I need to eat all my fattening food first. I will eat nothing green- nothing that is not fried or dripping with fat until it is all gone. This means that I will fall upon my first salad like a starving man and have no desire to return to my old ways! It is called 'aversion therapy'.

Thanks to my telecoms deal I have been able to order some books from Amazon. Some of them are for review here and some for my courses. I will use the GPS for some serious hiking to stop me worrying and burn some calories.

Tomorrow is study day. I will do my homework, send off more C.V and make multiple phone calls. In the evening I have a course. So it continues. I will come out of it a better man.

Oh and I have also created some page links to the right.

Value

Whatever life is withholding from us- the answer is always the same- we must give more value.

Seeking love? Give value! Be more fun! Understand romance!! Understand game, not to manipulate but to make dreams come true.

What of our friends? What do our friends get from our company? Are we mood lifters or are we downers? Do we introduce fresh ideas and opportunities to their lives?

Value is a skill and it is transferable. Qualities such as thoughtfulness, fun, steadfastness and so on make us better lovers, better friends and better employees. We must create massive value- really colossal value on every level. Value gives us power in negotiations because it means we have plenty of options.

I have created a Value C.V page. Please understand this is a work in progress.

Why we will win.

This is not me..
My blog has been a council of despair but today I found myself cheerful without cause and I remembered many things that give me hope.

FRAGMENT ONE. Speakers Corner. I was talking to a young woman about her father and how much she loved him. I noticed how still she was and how calm. Her feet seemed to be set directly into the earth as if she had grown out of it. She told me how much women needed a male presence in their lives and how much he had given her. She was somehow more 'sold' than other women and looked directly at me with a calm strength.

FRAGMENT TWO. Speakers Corner again- each time I mention a 'game' term such as Alpha or Beta a roar of recognition came up. A year ago I would have had to explain these terms but most young men know these things now. They do not buy the 'just be nicer' message.

FRAGMENT THREE. I am at a singles event. An attractive pharmaceutical executive is telling me she fears that she is frightening men off through her success. I tell her that she is feminine and not at all scary. I am in alpha mode and so I ask her 'when the time comes- will you find it hard to submit?' she pauses for just a moment and seems to experience some sort of spiritual orgasm (trembling with a suddenly husky voice). 'No, no, I will find it easy but I was thinking of the man'.

FRAGMENT FOUR. A woman is sitting across from me at a party. She is telling me of her desire for sex and seems to think men fear this (another feminist lie). I place the palm of my hand on her forehead and say 'cum'. Nothing happens so I order her more sharply 'cum!!'. She orgasms quite strongly in a crowded room.

FRAGMENT FIVE. I am sitting in another room at the same party. I find myself with a female scientist and two barristers. I decide to do some cold reading and tell them that they are powerful in real life but I was sure that all three had submissive fantasies. They laughed and hugged one another.

FRAGMENT SIX. I am at another party. I notice that I can feel the sexual energy of each woman and I tell them this. I go round the room touching each in turn and they beg to be next.

CONCLUSION. Women are starved of a subtle 'male energy'. This 'male energy' is a powerful drug and has the following effects.

1) It stabilises mood, improves rational thinking and builds inner confidence.

2) It improves concentration and learning in children (notice that children without fathers cannot sit still and are always bored).

3) The mere presence of an alpha man will build self esteem in adult women.

4) The presence of a strong man reduces the incidence of all personality disorders as well as anorexia and compulsive sexual acting out in adolescents.

5) An adult woman's mood will obey the command intention of a man. He may tell her to be happy, calm, rational or to have orgasms on his command. The more intelligent the woman the better this works.

6) A woman's physical appearance will even improve when she is desired by a strong man. Her eyes will shine and skin blemishes will simply disappear.

7) Simply looking into the eyes of a man who has male presence will make a woman's head spin and has an addictive, narcotic quality. She may appear drunk when she is not.

Very few men are giving off this calm male presence and this may be why women are drawn to macho thugs. A man has to realise that women will literally worship him if he has this quality. They will look at him with an astonished wonderment, a sense of awe. Unfortunately there is a catch 22 aspect to it all. A man cannot generate this energy unless he truly knows he has it within himself.

I have done this from time to time without truly realising what was going on. I will do it more.

The Ghost Nation Diploma.

The Ghost Nation Diploma has been much promised and much delayed. Nevertheless I am working on it when I can.

I am currently reviewing some audio and written materials for the diploma. One interesting treasure trove is iTunes U. This is a dedicated place within iTunes where universities post their lectures for all to download free of charge.

The Open University used to be famous for its TV broadcasts. These were famous for their bizarrely dressed and earnest lecturers. The usual OU garb was a white coat, national health glasses and facial hair. Unfortunately the OU has had something of a makeover and now offers some slick audio visual material free of charge through the iTunes software.

It is quite possible to download the iTunes software without purchacing an iTune player or any music.

I have so far completed the Buddhist Economics section that I believe was created as a result of a personal enthusiasm. It does not go into great depth but raises some interesting questions.

Welcome to the Ghostapedia!

Wikipedia will not cover men's issues so I have created a site that will.

What sort of a Survivalist are you?

Sex sells death.
Everyone is a survivalist on one level. The only thing that makes the survivalist unusual is their choice of threats and the seriousness with which they take them.

RED= HIGH RISK.
YELLOW= MODERATE RISK.
GREEN= LITTLE OR NO RISK (In my own opinion)

EVERYDAY LIFE THREAT.
This school of thought concerns itself with mundane threats such as dog bites, house fires, muggings and car accidents. It emphasizes a 'common sense' approach. Survivalists of this kind identify with mainstream society and may not like the word Survivalist. Wiki here.

POSITIVES: Practical, low cost measures that will not frighten your friends.

NEGATIVES: Sensible, middle class and middle aged!

BUSHCRAFT.
This form of survivalism offers escape from the trials of civilization by separating from it and adopting a hunter gatherer lifestyle for as long as may be needed. It is more popular in the US than the UK because there is simply more wilderness to escape to in the US. The approach has become more popular in the UK due to various survival related TV programmes  and organized training courses exist.

POSITIVES: All the fun of the boy scouts but for grown ups. Lots of male bonding over the campfire and a freshly caught hedgehog.

NEGATIVES:  Bushcraft means you will probably starve more slowly than other people. You will still starve.

I love these little Gem books- so cheap and yet so well thought out.
In my opinion much of the appeal of such courses for young men is that it represents a form of initiation into manhood that is similar to the aboriginal walkabout. Bushcraft may not be the best use of your time or money- but it is great fun!

SELF DEFENSE.
This is self explanatory.

POSITIVES: A good confidence builder.

NEGATIVES: Lacks everyday application (one hopes).

NATURAL DISASTER.
Damage and injury limitation until help arrives. Flood, hurricane, earthquake and so on. This often concerns itself with the design and strengthening of buildings and the stockpiling of food and water.

POSITIVES: Practical measures. that may add value to your home.

NEGATIVES: Possibly expensive.

Darwin believed the best adapters survive- not the most physically fit.
ECOLOGICAL DISASTER.
This is a natural disaster that does not end. Examples include bee extinction (resulting in crop failures) and herbicide resistant weeds. Global warming, acid rain and pollution rendering common foods toxic are all possibilities.
No help is coming these events generaly result in the colapse of civilization and sometimes extinction of the original population. Easter Island and the colapse of Viking settlement in Greenland are examples of this.

Efforts to deal with ecological disaster typically center around prevention (through environmentalism) and recovery (through permaculture).

POSITIVES: It has a certain bleak and macho charm. Environmentalism and permaculture may help to avert the disaster before it strikes. Environmental awareness is well thought of in square society.

NEGATIVES: These activities are generally high cost and deal with low probability events.
TERRORISM AND WAR.
This includes the possibility terrorists may develop a 'dirty bomb'. This is a conventional bomb that includes radioactive waste that renders wide areas unsafe. A basement may be fitted with a cheap filtration system and become an effective shelter because these weapons produce little in the way of blast damage.

POSITIVES: Buildings may be modified in unobtrusive ways that do not limit their value as homes.

NEGATIVES: This is a moderate probability event- and will you be at home if it happens?
AUSTRIAN ECONOMICS.
This is the belief that 'fiat' currency is unstable and leading to exactly the sort of economic collapse that seems to be occurring right now. The solution is to buy gold and silver in the belief that precious metals are 'real money'. The survivalist classic 'The Alpha Strategy' is a practical application of Austrian theory.

POSITIVES: Austrian inspired investments are doing very well so this is the only form of survivalism that pays the survivalist!

NEGATIVES: Austrian Economics can lead to a gloomy outlook. You may miss out on good times simply because you know they will not last!

Warning! A very serious book- one of the economics greats. It requires imagination to grasp.

RELIGIOUS.
2012 'end of the world' and Biblical prophecy.

POSITIVES: This generally takes the form of food storage which is useful in the event of a number of 'secular' crises.

NEGATIVES: The end of the world comes around every three to five years in one sect or another. All (so far) have been disappointed.

PEAK OIL.
The idea that world oil production is set to fall drastically and this will bring the economy down with it.

POSITIVES: This is a high probability event.

NEGATIVES: In my opinion peak oil will express itself through a general fragility of the world economy rather than a single collapse. Each mini crisis will reduce the demand for oil so their will be no big crash. This is difficult to plan for.

What's new?

There are three new sections on this site that you may like to look at.

Firstly, I have some free books for download and they are all smashers!

I have the Alpha Strategy that I have linked to previously. This is a finance book that is much loved by survivalists. It amounts to an each way bet on the future. Heads (disaster) you win. Tails (prosperity) you still do OK.

Next, the all time classic The Book of Pook. This book almost defies classification. I describe it as inner game but it is really about finding the true nature of man and woman. It can change your life.

Next we have Bishop's Journal and Patterns, Poems and Stories which are both compendiums of Speed Seduction pattens that have worked for other people. These two books are more useful than most paid for services because they get to the core of how the science works. It is not a description of how Speed Seduction is supposed to work- it is the real nuts and bolts.

I am also creating a useful resource out of the current mess that make up the reference pages of the blog. So far I am only happy with my Survival C.V. More will follow.

I am also accepting donations. I am unemployed and in deep trouble- but this is not why you should help. I aim to spend every penny on things that help both myself and others.

Consumer confidence and what it means.

Running up a debt.
Consumer confidence is nothing more than the wiliness to get into debt.

Consumer confidence considered to be a good thing by economists because our economy has become addicted to debt. If we all tried to repay debt at once we could not. It would be an economy of sellers in which no one was buying!

Do you remember when the credit crunch first hit? Do you remember the fantastic sales?

This was a product of the low consumer confidence of the time- nobody was buying.

In fact a brave consumer could have done very well by spending his cash when consumer confidence was low and saving it when it is high. Right now consumer confidence is rising strongly in the UK. This means that bargains will be harder to find. The wise consumer will hoard his cash for the next dip.

Why I use the lower case.

Verruca Salt- feminist icon.

Some eagle eyed readers have noticed that I use the lower case when writing the word feminism but use the capital when writing about Marxism.

Why?

The use of a capital letter denotes a coherent ideology. Marxism and Libertarianism both get a a capital letter because they are ideologies. Anger, futility and feminism do not get capital letters because they are emotions. Feminism is nothing more than an attitude of entitlement combined with personal irresponsibility. It is adult adolescence. On the one hand the feminist says she wants independence but refuses adult responsibilities. She wants to hold a prestigious job and yet she refuses to do the work. Stroppy teenagers are just the same.
